    At Keller N' Jadd we do all the prep work for you. Our broker will visit the property and identify what needs to be done in order to make your home rent ready. We will assist you in obtaining estimates for work needed. All work is completed by a licensed vendor in their respected fields. All vendors have been screened & must possess the ability to do the following:

    KNJ will monitor vendors start date, progress & completion of work. KNJ insists on work being done in a timely and professional manner.

    Pictures will be taken of all work completed as well as a written report. The photos & report will be e-mailed to the owner prior to marketing the property for the general public.

    KNJ will select the appropriate photos to be displayed on our various advertising websites. Our philosophy is to make sure the property is advertised on the internet so that people seeking a home to rent can view your property.

    Our team of professionals will take care of the application process for you. One of our staff members will review applications, run credit checks and verify rental history. You will be contacted regarding the application and our staff member will discuss the possible tenant with you. We are here to place the best long term and desirable tenant in your home.

  • Repairs

    Our dedicated staff will work hard to make sure tenants and owners are satisfied with the home repairs & the costs associated with the repairs. If a tenant reports any repairs necessary for the home, we will contact one of our vendors right away. One of our staff members will contact you the owner, by e-mail or phone to inform you of the situation. We work hard to make sure the owner is always aware of what is occurring at their property. Our philosophy is to minimize your maintenance cost. Therefore, we will troubleshoot the problem first & attempt to walk the tenant through a small problem before we dispatch a licensed & insured vendor out to the property.

    How it works:

    In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

    Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
