Maintenance

At Keller n' Jadd our trained team of property management experts are dedicated to serving our tenants. When a request is made for maintenance at your home we will dispatch a vendor as quickly as possible. Our Las Vegas Property Managers understand the importance of timely repairs and guarantee your satisfaction. We will go above and beyond to make sure all of our tenants needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Keller n' Jadd employs only the best maintenance companies in the Las Vegas valley. We insist our approved vendors are on time, professional and do the highest quality of work while they are at your home. 

Application Process

Upon receipt of your application, our dedicated team at Keller n' Jadd Property Management will meticulously review it for accuracy and conduct a comprehensive credit check. To initiate the processing of your application, please ensure that all applicable fees, set at $95 per individual, are promptly paid. It's imperative that every individual over the age of 18 intending to reside in the home completes an application and submits the associated fee. Rest assured, all applications undergo thorough evaluation and are presented to the homeowner for approval. Our committed staff endeavors to provide you with a timely response within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your application. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our utmost priorities as we work together to facilitate your housing needs.

Lease Signing and What Happens After

All lease signings are sent out digitally for review and execution. It is important that you understand your responsibilities as the tenant. All of this information can be found in your contract. If you have questions regarding your lease we encourage you to seek legal help or one of our friendly property managers will answer any questions you may have regarding the lease or the property.

With transparent and accurate accounting readily available, tenants remain fully informed about their financial interactions with Keller n' Jadd, ensuring they never feel left in the dark.
