Keller n' Jadd is a family-owned and operated real estate brokerage that has proudly served the Las Vegas community since 2001. Founded by a seasoned investor who branched out by purchasing his portfolio from the brokerage he helped build, our company was born out of a deep understanding of real estate ownership from the inside out.

We specialize in residential property management and real estate sales, offering personalized service backed by decades of experience. What sets Keller n' Jadd apart is our unique, investor-led approach to property management. Our broker actively owns multiple rental properties and leads our team with an owner’s mindset, ensuring that every decision made reflects the priorities and concerns of fellow investors.

With over 38 years of experience in Las Vegas real estate, Rick Keller has built one of the region’s most respected property management and brokerage operations. His deep market knowledge and proven systems help clients protect and grow their investments through efficient, transparent, and high-quality management. 

Rick’s leadership and client-first approach have shaped a trusted team known for exceptional service, long-term relationships, and consistent results. As a family-oriented professional and proud Las Vegas local, Rick continues to guide both property owners and residents with integrity, expertise, and care.

Derrick Keller became a licensed real estate professional in 2014 and has since built over a decade of experience in the Las Vegas real estate industry. A graduate of UNLV’s Business School with a degree in Finance, Derrick combines his financial expertise with a passion for real estate investing, management, and advisory services.

 As a member of NARPM and a recently recognized Top Agent in Las Vegas, Derrick brings both sales success and operational leadership to his role at KNJ Real Estate. Having been directly mentored and trained by Broker Rick Keller since 2014, Derrick now oversees Owner Sales & Acquisitions, Lease Renewals, and Business Development—and is slated to step into the role of Managing Broker in the near future.

Derrion Keller Executive Administrator

With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, Derrion has built a well-rounded and versatile career by working across multiple departments within the company. She began in administrative support before transitioning into accounting as an assistant, where she developed a strong eye for detail and accuracy. Over time, Derrion moved into property management, specializing in HOA compliance and serving as a key liaison between tenants, owners, HOAs, and maintenance teams. 

Her dedication and comprehensive knowledge led her to join the leasing department, where she played a vital role in processing applications and coordinating with owners on new tenancies. Today, Derrion leads the leasing department while continuing to collaborate closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations. With her broad skill set and hands-on experience across every aspect of the business, Derrion truly embodies the title of a “jack of all trades” in property management.

John Cincotta Field Services Coordinator

With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, John has been an integral part of KNJ Real Estate for more than 10 years. He oversees maintenance coordination and field operations, ensuring every property under our management receives the highest level of care and attention. Known for his hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset, John plays a vital role in keeping our properties running smoothly and our clients satisfied.

Outside of work, John is a passionate Vegas Golden Knights fan and enjoys spending his weekends with family and his dog, Denver.

Carla has been a valued member of the Keller n’ Jadd Real Estate team for over six years. Originally from the Great Lakes region—Pennsylvania to be exact—she brings more than 40 years of experience in customer service and a genuine passion for helping others.

As the friendly face who greets our clients at the front desk, Carla is often the first point of contact for owners and tenants alike. She specializes in tenant relations and also assists with marketing and various other aspects of our company operations. Known for her dedication and approachable personality, Carla has built lasting relationships with many of our clients over the years.

Those who know Carla know one of her favorite sayings: “I’ll get the answer for you, or get you to someone who can.” She truly embodies the level of care and service that defines the Keller n’ Jadd experience.

Jeff Barrios Maintenance Coordinator

Jeff is one of the newest members of the Keller n’ Jadd Real Estate team, bringing over 13 years of experience in the property management industry. Although he’s been with us for just over a year, Jeff has quickly become an essential part of our operations, known for his expertise in maintenance coordination and commitment to quality service. 

With a strong background in vendor management, Jeff excels at vetting maintenance technicians to ensure our clients receive honest, reliable work at fair prices. His ability to balance efficiency with cost-effectiveness helps keep our properties in top condition and our clients satisfied. 

In addition to his role in maintenance coordination, Jeff is a licensed real estate agent. In his spare time, he assists tenants with property showings and provides full real estate services to buyers and sellers alike. His well-rounded experience and customer-focused approach make him a valuable asset to both our team and our clients.

As the CFO and Co-Owner of Keller n’ Jadd, Kristin Keller has been a driving force behind the company’s success since the 1990s. With multiple decades of experience in accounting and property management, she oversees all financial operations of the brokerage with precision and integrity. Kristin’s deep industry knowledge and long-standing leadership have helped establish Keller n’ Jadd as one of Las Vegas’s most trusted names in real estate and property management.

Having been personally mentored and trained by Kristin Keller, the company’s CFO and Co-Owner, Angela plays a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, efficiency, and transparency across all departments. Her expertise and attention to detail make her an integral part of the KNJ team’s continued success.
