Emergency Maintenance

• If your issue requires immediate attention, call us right away at 702.885.4823
• If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.
• The best method is to submit a work order through your tenant portal.

Tenant Responsibility

Please note that repair or damage caused by negligence or misuse is the tenant’s responsibility. In such cases, repairs will still be made, but you will be billed for the cost of labor and materials. This includes damages or plumbing stoppages caused by improper use.
